VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
LETTER TO THE PARENT OF CYO
PARTICIPANTS
1) No one is admitted on the stage at any time. Do not allow your children or their friends to sit, play, or jump on the stage at any time. If it is necessary to retrieve a ball from the stage, you must use the stairways. DO NOT jump up on the stage from the front.
2) No other basketballs are allowed in the gym
on Game Day except the league issued balls. This does not apply to practices.
3) All
parents are our hall monitors. No one is allowed in the halls of
the school at any time, except to use the bathrooms. If you see any children, sitting standing or playing
in the halls, PLEASE instruct them of the rules and have them come back into
the gym.
DURING THE GAMES YOUR CHILDREN
THAT ARE NOT PLAYING IN THE GAME SHOULD BE BY YOUR SIDE OR AT LEAST IN THE GYM.

4) Please DO NOT remove chairs from the chair alcoves in the rear of the gym. Chairs must be taken from the racks in the hallway and return to same when done. Please place the chairs in a manner so that the teams also have room in the back of the gym. At least 5 feet
5) If
you drop off a child and you are not staying, please advise your child's
coach. Children should not be left at
the gym after their games are over to watch other games, unless a responsible
adult is present and aware of that situation.
Under no circumstance should you drop off your child along with his
or her friends if you are not going to be there to be responsible for their
actions.
6) Parents please do not hesitate to instruct a child that is not abiding by the rules to behave themselves. (Hall, stage, noise, etc.)
7) When entering the school, always walk to the end of the hall before entering the school gym. This helps us keep the basketball court floor clean during inclement weather
8) Please remember that unless you are notified otherwise, when the schools are closed for weather or another emergency, CYO is cancelled.
9) Please volunteer your time and thank you very much for your cooperation in all of the above. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us.
10) We would like you to invite you to become a league
sponsor. The sponsorship cost is $250.00 dollars. Your company logo
or family name will proudly be displayed on the banner which hangs on the
back wall in the St. Patrick's Gym all year long, thanking you for your
sponsorship. Money from your sponsorship goes directly back
into this league for your children as well as gym improvements and
